All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided by ProfitVibe remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials solely for your business operations and may not redistribute, resell, or share them with third parties without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information. All client data, strategies, and business details shared during our engagement will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProfitVibe provides consulting services and recommendations based on our expertise and analysis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Your use of our recommendations is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any business losses or damages that may result from implementing our suggestions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate consulting engagements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations remain in effect, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ProfitVibe is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
